PeerPlace Networks Expands in Two Regions in Ohio
As a leader in applying emerging web technologies to support social services professionals, PeerPlace Networks was selected to provide the new client management system for the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio, the area agency on aging in the 5-county region around Cincinnati. The Council, along with their community partners, provides a full range of service to older adults and their caregivers. PeerPlace® will track activity for all clients, from Information and Assistance to full Case Management as well as generating all required reports.
Lake County (Ohio) Council on Aging: PeerPlace® is currently configuring a new system which will provide a comprehensive integrated client management system for the Council, which has been providing services to older adults and caregivers since 1972.
