PeerPlace® Integrates Evidence Based Programs into Base Product
Developed from years of solid scientific research and hands-on experience, evidence-based health promotion programs have gained new prominence in the campaign to rebalance and modernize the health and long-term care systems.
PeerPlace Networks is pleased to announce two new partnerships where evidence-based programs have been integrated into the base product. Our new partners include Senior Services of Seattle and Aging & Disability Services, the area agency on aging in Seattle/King County, Washington.
The US Administration on Aging (AoA)-endorsed programs included so far are EnhanceFitness®, Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease Self Management and PEARLS. Some programs are available in Spanish as well as English.
