PeerPlace® Account Manager
While we have an all-around great team ready to help you here at PeerPlace Networks, each of our clients is assigned their personal Account Manager that they can call at any time with system questions, program help, or ideas for enhancements.
PeerPlace® Help Desk
PeerPlace® clients have access to an On Line Help Desk right inside the application so if they are working and need help they can easily send a Help Desk Ticket for quick resolution. We also offer a Toll Free number. The Help Desk is available all day if you need to talk to someone immediately for assistance.
PeerPlace® User Groups
The PeerPlace® User Groups were created so that our clients can provide feedback and brainstorm on new features they would like to have added to the application. The other nice thing about these groups is it gives our clients a chance to work with people from other counties in similar roles and to share tips and get advice.
PeerPlace® User Tools
We know our clients' jobs keeps them busy, which is why we offer many tools to make their lives easier when it comes to PeerPlace®. Included in these tools are our step-by-step user manuals and reference documents for ease of understanding the system, no matter what the user's technical level.
