PeerPlace's Customer Care Team is dedicated to providing accessible tools, flexible training methods and the support you need to best serve your clients.

Customer Support

PeerPlace users can access Customer Care toll free or by using the On Line Help Desk. To use the Online Help Desk, go to the main PeerPlace portal to send a Help Desk Ticket for quick resolution.

All Help Desk tickets and calls are entered into our online Help Desk system so that you can see the status of your request. The resolution of the issue is also tracked in the ticket so that you can refer back to it in the future if needed.

Training & Education

PeerPlace trainers are seasoned instructors who are proficient in all PeerPlace education tracks. We offer instructor-led and web-based training tailored to specific job functions. PeerPlace works with our clients to determine the best training plan. This may be group training, train-the-trainer or one-on-one training.

A full suite of training materials are available to users based on customer user roles and program requirements. These documents include log-in information, quick steps, FAQs and practice tutorials.

PeerPlace offers a full suite of training videos that are posted on the customers site for users to watch 24/7. Customer specific training videos can be produced upon request.


Every month, PeerPlace offers free user webinars. Each month focuses on a different topic and all users are invited to attend. Users can type in questions during the webinar for the PeerPlace team members to answer. All webinars are recorded and posted to the website for any user wishing to watch at a later time.

PeerPlace User Groups

PeerPlace User Groups are available for our clients to provide feedback and brainstorm on new features they would like to have added to the software. Users benefit from the peer-to-peer information exchange to discuss and share information with counterparts from similar state or local agencies.
